Terms and Conditions

DGSQUARED LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "we," "the Company," or "the Website") operates this website under the trade name "DGSQUARED." The Website provides an online shopping platform accessible via the internet, including through applications or software. By using or continuing to use the Website, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.


1. Ordering

1.1 All products listed are offered at standard retail prices and are not eligible for any discounts. Product details and prices displayed on the Website are for reference only and are subject to changes or modifications at the time of transaction, if applicable.

1.2 When placing an order, you must provide complete and up-to-date information as specified on the Website, including but not limited to your name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, and recipient details.

1.3 Unless otherwise stipulated, once an order is placed, confirmed, and payment completed, you may not cancel or amend the order details.

1.4 We will make every effort to fulfill customer orders, but the Website reserves the right to refuse or accept any order without liability, for reasons including but not limited to:

1.4.1 Shortage or change in supply;

1.4.2 Inability to arrange delivery;

1.4.3 Pricing errors due to human or computer mistakes, or incorrect pricing data from suppliers;

1.4.4 Inadvertent erroneous orders.

1.5 We reserve the absolute right to reject any order deemed unreliable due to credit or other reasons.

1.6 Upon receiving your order, we will promptly confirm receipt of the selected items via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

1.7 All orders are subject to final confirmation based on product availability. Upon acceptance, we will confirm the final delivery status via email, and the delivery address cannot be changed thereafter. If we are unable to provide any ordered products (in part or in full) due to payment issues with your credit card or other reasons, we reserve the right to reject the order and will notify you via telephone and email prior to delivery.

1.8 If we can only fulfill part of an order or cannot confirm it, we may choose to refund the relevant amount to your PayPal or credit card account.


2. Payment

2.1 The Website accepts only PayPal and credit card payments, with all orders settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

2.2 The Website utilizes third-party payment services for online transactions. By placing an order, you agree that your credit card or bank account details will be collected, processed, and retained by us and the payment service provider, subject to their terms and conditions. You accept sole responsibility for any losses incurred during PayPal or credit card transactions, and we shall not be liable for any such losses, in whole or in part, under any circumstances.

2.3 The Website does not collect or store your credit card or bank account details. If you choose to save your PayPal or credit card details for quick checkout, you agree that such data will be encrypted and stored by third-party payment or browser service providers.


3. Hong Kong Local Delivery

3.1 Confirmed orders will be delivered to the specified address via a third-party courier (currently SF Express, subject to change without notice, hereinafter referred to as “SF Express”). Delivery fees are borne by you. If you fail to receive the goods for any reason, we reserve the right to charge additional fees or cancel the order.

3.2 SF Express currently does not deliver to: (1) Outlying Islands, including AsiaWorld-Expo, Disneyland, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, and Peng Chau (except for the Airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Tung Chung); (2) restricted areas or zones prohibiting truck access.

3.3 Delivery services will be suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, or Red/Black Rainstorm Warnings.

3.4 During Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below, or Yellow/Red/Black Rainstorm Warnings, SF Express service centers and stations operate normally. When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is in effect, they will suspend operations immediately. You should monitor weather warnings to make appropriate arrangements.

3.5 Unless otherwise specified, orders are processed daily at 10:00 AM on working days, and we will use all reasonable commercial efforts to deliver within 3–5 working days after order acceptance. Delivery times are subject to SF Express schedules.

3.6 Upon delivery to the specified address, all risks associated with the goods transfer to you, though we retain ownership until full payment is received from you or your financial institution.

3.7 We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or injuries arising from defective products or non-compliance with specifications listed on the Website, with liability limited to the product’s sale price in all cases.

3A. Overdue Collection

If you fail to collect your order within the specified time or SF Express cannot contact the recipient, additional storage fees may be charged by SF Express’s redemption center. Failure to collect within the designated period will be deemed as abandonment of the purchased goods (“Abandoned Items”), and we will handle them as outlined below. We shall not be liable for any losses, including failure to receive purchased goods due to stock shortages or destruction, nor shall we be responsible for recovering related expenses.

SF Express - Handling of Overdue Collection

If purchased goods are not collected within the specified time and are returned to us or require redirection to another address (e.g., SF Express station or service center), you shall bear the return shipping costs (if any) and additional delivery fees. Contact SF Express promptly to arrange for your purchased goods. SF Express contact details are as follows.

If no arrangements are made within the specified period, Abandoned Items will be automatically returned to us without further notice. Returned items will be handled as described below.

Handling of Abandoned Items Returned to the Company

Returned Abandoned Items will have a final 3-day storage period, during which we reserve the right to charge daily storage fees. You must proactively contact our customer service team via email within this period. If you opt for redelivery (including via SF Express), we will charge (1) HK$50 for administrative and shipping fees, and (2) storage fees (if applicable). Redelivery will be arranged only after payment of these fees.

If no notification is received within this period, it will be deemed as your final decision to abandon the items, and we may, at our sole discretion, dispose of them (including destruction or resale) without further consultation or compensation, and may recover any resulting losses from you.


4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1 If a product is defective, damaged (not caused by you), or incorrectly delivered, you may request a refund, return, or exchange within seven (7) working days from the receipt date, subject to our final discretion. Requirements include:

4.1.1 The product must be unused, with all parts and accessories intact, including manuals, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags, and boxes;

4.1.2 Proof of purchase via the Website’s electronic receipt;

4.1.3 Immediate submission of images (six photos: front, back, left, right, top, and bottom) or a video of the defective product via email.

4.1.4 We will process the request per established procedures upon receiving the information.

4.2 If the product is out of stock, we will process a refund or exchange.

4.3 Exchange Policy: Exchanges are limited to products in stock with equal or higher value (you must pay the price difference). Special or limited-edition products are excluded.

4.3.1 If a discounted product is exchanged after the promotional period, the same discount will not apply. If the discount is provided by a third party, their terms and conditions apply.

4.4 Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4.5 Refund Policy: For refunds, you must return the product via SF Express at your expense, and we will process the refund to the same PayPal or credit card account within seven (7) working days.

4.6 Transport packaging (e.g., shipping cartons) is not considered part of the product or its packaging. We will not provide after-sales service, refunds, or exchanges for issues related to shipping carton labels, damage, or defects.


5. Intellectual Property

5.1 You have no rights to use or modify any content, trademarks, product names, company names, logos, user content, designs, text, images, or materials on the Website.


6. Disclaimer

6.1 We make no representations or warranties regarding:

6.1.1 Uninterrupted or error-free functionality of the Website (including via mobile apps or software);

6.1.2 Accuracy or completeness of content, whether express or implied;

6.1.3 Protection against damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from performance failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, viruses, communication line failures, data theft, software/hardware issues (including data loss or compatibility), theft, or website damage/alteration.

6.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, damages, or expenses, including loss of profits, business, or goodwill, arising from issues you notify us about.


7. Warranties

7.1 You agree not to:

7.1.1 Use the Website for fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited purposes;

7.1.2 Collect or store other users’ personal data;

7.1.3 Post or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, threatening, offensive, or illegal content, or content violating intellectual property, proprietary rights, or confidentiality obligations;

7.1.4 Upload or transmit viruses or code that disrupts, damages, or limits the Website or related systems;

7.1.5 Use Website content for commercial purposes;

7.1.6 Reproduce, publish, or distribute Website elements or copyrighted content without written permission;

7.1.7 Engage in harassing behavior.


8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to fire, casualties, accidents, natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, labor shortages, material shortages, or transportation delays beyond our reasonable control.


9. General Provisions

9.1 The Company shall not be liable for errors or omissions in Website content.

9.2 We are not responsible for damages or injuries arising from Website use, performance issues, errors, omissions, interruptions, viruses, data theft, or website damage, whether due to contract breach, tort, negligence, or other causes, to the extent permitted by law.

9.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and you and we submit to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.

9.4 We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website or any part thereof without notice.

9.5 No party may rely on agreements or arrangements not expressly stated in these Terms.


10. Website Membership

10.1 You must register before ordering. Registration signifies your declaration (and our reliance thereon) that you are 18 or older and capable of entering legally binding contracts.

10.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and promptly update it.

10.3 We may cancel orders or suspend/terminate registration if we reasonably suspect the provided information is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.

10.4 We respect your privacy and comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong, ensuring employees adhere to strict security and confidentiality standards.
